1. What modes of payment are accepted?
A. All major credit, debit cards & Paypal. Due to the subscription nature of the service, we are not able to accept other payment modes, eg. bank transfers, Western Union, Moneygram etc.

2. How can I be assured I will receive my tips?
A. You will receive a personalized confirmation email within 12-24 hours after you sign up for any membership with us. However, in most cases, it might be earlier! This email will contain your unique Login ID & password. You can use this ID & password to access the tips on this website. All these are done to ensure that no fraud transactions are carried out. Should you do not receive any email after 24 hours, please contact us immediately!

3. Will I be guaranteed of any profits from my membership?
A. There is no such thing as sure win in soccer. However, we assure you that we you will definitely increase your chance of winning by signing up with us, and maintaining your account in the long run.

4. Is there any tips replacement available?
A. Our prices are already one of the lowest available, therefore we are unable to offer any tips replacement on any membership purchased from us. This is to help us keep the prices affordable for all members.

5. Can I receive the tips by sms or email?
A. We regret to inform you that we will charge additional $30 USD per month per service, if you wish to receive the tips by sms or email, as this will add additional workload for our customer service officers. We strongly encourage all members to use their unique Login ID & Password to view the tips on our website.

6. When can I view the tips on match day?
A. Tips will be released on an average of 3-5 hours before kick-off of the featured match. Please login to view the tips, and remember to refresh the page, so that you will view the latest updates.

7. Can I share my account/information?
A. You are advised not to share information or tips as by doing so, you are running a risk of your account being permanently suspended without warning or whatsoever if you are suspected of sharing information. Please do not share your account with others as multiple login(s) might be detected and our system will automatically ban your account. This is done in the interest of protecting our members and preventing fraud.
